   Japan Earthquake

   A magnitude 9 earthquake struck Japan’s northeast, 
   triggering a massive tsunami. More than 16,000 people
   are either confirmed dead or listed as missing. 

   One of the main issues Japan now faces is electricity 
   shortages. The government launched rolling blackouts in 
   the Kanto region and Shizuoka and Yamanashi  
   prefectures. In addition, the radiation leaks from the  
   Fukushima nuclear power plants have begun to spread.

   The earthquake and tsunami that hit Japan have caused up 
   to 235 billion dollars worth of damage.

   規模 9 的強震重創日本東北部，並引發巨大海嘯。有超過
   16,000 人失蹤或傷亡。

   日本目前面臨電力不足的問題。政府宣布在關東地區、
   山梨縣和靜岡縣實施分區輪流停電。另外，福島核電廠
   的輻射外洩範圍擴大。

   日本地震和海嘯已造成 2350 億元的損失。
